Notice / AvisIt just seems to smack of favoritism and meddling with another country's choices. I don't know, maybe it's the custom, but I just don't find it appropriate for him to pay an international visit to another head of state until he's had a chance to form a comfy ass-groove in his presidential chair, you know?

Inaugural visit

So... by extension, you shouldn't go visit a baby in the hospital?
You're welcoming a new leader to the world. Just like welcoming a new baby to the world, it's a momentous event. No favouratism at all.
It must be a tradition to introduce himself... but it sounds like a waste of taxpayers' money. What happened to Vincente Fox?
